Why are your prices higher than other vintage sellers?

Designer pieces are sourced internationally, carefully selected for quality and curated for you to shop here in New Zealand. Between sourcing costs, shipping, fees, and authentication, there is a lot behind each item before it reaches you.

Our pricing reflects the process — we price as low as we are able to with the ability to continue to bring you more pieces ♡
Do you offer change of minds?

All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or change of minds. That said, if your piece arrives and significantly differs from the description provided, please reach out — we're here to help and can work to resolve the issue.

Are the items authentic?

Yes — authenticity is at the core of Off-Duty Archive. Each piece is carefully sourced from licensed dealers in Japan. As well as regularly assessed by third-party authenticators. We prioritise quality and trust in every drop. If an item is every proven to be counterfeit, we will work with you to resolve this.

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to you. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship nationwide within New Zealand. At this stage we are not shipping internationally. However, if you are from Australia, send us a dm — we'll do our best to arrange something for you.
Do you offer pickups or pop-ups?

We regularly pop-up so that you can shop in-person. Follow along our instagram to stay updated on upcoming drops and locations. Pickups are available upon request — please reach out via dm ♡
